Heating instructions
Place the wheat bag flat in a clean microwave with a microwave-safe cup of water beside it. Heat for 60 seconds, carefully remove and shake to distribute the heat. If you’d like it warmer, heat again in 15-second intervals, checking between each interval.
Do not overheat or leave unattended. Always test the temperature before placing it on the skin and allow it to cool completely before reheating. Microwave only.
