I am not a baker (and am also dyslexic so measuring ingredients is a nightmare) and initially was very nervous to attempt making a cake. These jar kits were amazing! And the instructions were super easy and clear! Cake turned out amazing and no one suspected it was gluten free either!! Could not recommend enough. Everyone should buy this product, easy to make, quick to bake and very minimal clean up after! 10 out of 10.
