Konjac sponge with red clay

Konjac sponges are all natural, vegan and are made from the root of the konjac plant. 

A soft and squishy texture, they are perfect to give your face a gentle, yet exfoliating cleanse.  It's also biodegradable (so can be home composted after use) and plastic free. 

It comes with a cotton string attached so it can be hung in your shower to dry.  

Suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin.

Directions:  Rinse the sponge in warm water. Gently squeeze out excess water. These sponges will help your face cleanser product go further. 

How to care for your konjac sponge: 

In between uses, the sponge will dry and harden, this is normal. Just rinse it in warm water before use and it will rehydrate again. After use, always rinse your sponge well and allow to dry in a well ventilated area away from moisture.  If you have the time, you can also store it in the fridge in a little container, as the cool environment will help your sponge last longer.  When you squeeze water out of your sponge, do it gently as wringing it out will damage the delicate fibres in your sponge. The quicker it dries out, the longer it will last. Your sponge needs replacing when you notice that it starts to break down.  This is usually up to 3 months of use.
