I decided to write this little book for new Mums and not so new Mums with a few helpful tips which I hope may be of use in troubled times when you are struggling to know what to do.
I have been a Natural Health Practitioner for nearly 30 years and I regularly see Mums with babies in my clinic with concerns about their children. These can range from sleeping problems, colic, eczema, colds and recurring ear infections. These I consider to be minor problems and they can be managed in a natural, gently way.
I am a mother of two children and I write from my naturopathic training, my personal experience, some very good old wives tales and a lot of heart.
