Before You Were Here Book

I haven’t been able to get through this without crying yet (which makes for interesting story time) and I’ve been trying for 8 months 😅 such beautiful words that fully encapsulate the feelings you have when the journey to parenthood is harder and longer than you ever expected. An absolute gem for any new parent, but particularly those who have experienced the highs and lows of having to wait that little bit longer for their sweet babe to be in their arms X

We were sent this book by my sister (my daughters Aunty) and it was so perfect. Our daughter is an IVF baby and we fought 7 years, multiple treatments, multiple losses and so much hurt to get her. As soon as we received the book in the mail I read it to our sweet girl and couldn’t hold the tears in! This book perfectly described how we felt waiting for her. Highly recommend not only to everyone, but especially to those who had to fight a little harder for their little ones to make it earthside.
