Orange Peel (Citrus Aurantium) - Packed full of vitamins it strengthens the immune system and helps balance mood swings.

Lemon Verbena (Aloysia citrodora) - Reduces stress levels and relieves anxiety. Great for sleep health and immunity support.

Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) - Has potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) - Helps reduce stress, boosts immunity and aids nausea.
